Winter Love - The February Chocolate Collection

Note: This collection will be shipped (or available for local pick-up) the week of February 9th.

I've always felt winter is a magical time, and February is right smack in the middle of it. Plus, for those of us who live in more northerly climes, snow and ice bring remarkable beauty. February is also when we celebrate the spirit of love, something we all need more of. So, this collection celebrates winter love.

As usual, there will be more about the theme and all its meanings in the booklet that accompanies the chocolates.

What about the flavors? There are particular seasons when I revisit certain flavor combinations that seem so fitting for the time. This is one of them. But, typically I will change things up a bit, adding some new twist to a particular flavor. Here's what I'm thinking of so far:

• Passion fruit (yes, I know, some of you have been waiting)!
• A pecan praliné with sour cherry and dark chocolate ganache
• A fruity, smoky chile combination
• Black sesame praliné with ginger and chocolate ganache
• And two more TBD!

... well, you know the drill, matching flavorings to the variety of exceptional chocolate couvertures I have on hand takes some tasting and inspiration. So I'll leave it at that for now, but as usual, there will be six bonbon varieties—two of each flavor for a total of twelve in a box.

A few key notes:

1. This collection will ship by the week of February 9. I will attempt to have them arrive by Valentine's Day, but cannot guarantee it!
2. If sending boxes as gifts to multiple addresses, please place each as a separate order.
3. Please type text for gift notes in the special instructions box that appears at checkout (or you can email me with the note). 
4. Free local pick-up is now an option at checkout; if applicable, you'll get an email notification in February when the chocolates are ready.
