Each collection is limited to a few hundred boxes and they always sell out, mostly through preorders. The best way to avoid missing out is by signing up for my preorder announcement list. I send out an email announcement several weeks in advance of when the chocolates are ready for shipping. You receive occasional updates as well, but not lots of email!
