The Spirit of Bhutan Collection

Bhutan is one of the most remarkable places I have traveled. One aspect is that almost every structure is highly decorated with beautiful painted designs and spiritual imagery. A friend said "So are we going to see some of this on chocolates?" Ding, ding, ding!

I've completed the transfer sheets that create the designs on the chocolates; here's a peek at a sheet that will decorate just one of the 12 chocolates.

Hopefully that's enough of a teaser; I don't want to give the whole thing away quite yet!

As you may have seen in my recent newsletter, I'll be using some wonderful chocolate couvertures from Dancing Lion Chocolate in this collection. The six bonbon varieties (two of each) will pick up a combination of different flavor notes from Bhutan and our local fruit harvests here in New Hampshire. Details to be determined as I match couvertures and flavorings in October! (Note: most flavors will contain dairy; one or two may contain nuts.)

This collection will ship in late October or early November. There will be an entirely different collection available for December.
