The Daydream Collection for February

It’s time again for another collaboration with my friend Liza Donnelly, cartoonist for The New Yorker magazine and many other venues. Liza’s drawing will decorate the chocolates—another full scene spread across all the chocolates—and a number of her cartoons will be in the accompanying booklet. 

The theme? Daydreaming — something we all do, and perhaps should spend a little more time doing, perhaps with a box of chocolates alongside. 

There are six flavors: passion fruit, a gianduja with piñons from New Mexico, some fresh bergamot, some chiles, Chartreuse, and a pecan and cherry gianduja. Plus, I’m again using some great chocolate, including heirloom varieties. No guarantees on the final selections, other than they'll be tasty! As always, 12 chocolates in a box, 2 of each of the 6 flavors.
