A Window on Winter - The December Collection

The beginning of winter and the December holidays are laden with feeling, flavor, and imagery. This next collection will celebrate that and convey some of the magic of the season.

For the designs, I'll be trying something slightly different—think of all 12 chocolates forming 12 elements of a single scene in a view of winter. It should be fun—and a surprise for you all to see.

Once again, I have access to exceptional chocolate made from rare heirloom cacao and you'll find that in several of the flavors in this upcoming collection.

So about the flavors themselves ... as usual, I'm leaving room for what comes to me in the moment, but I'm thinking about things like:

• Pecan gianduja and bourbon
• Glühwein (mulled wine)
• Blood oranges
• Pomegranates
• Hazelnut gianduja
• I could go on and on ...

No guarantees on the final selections, other than they'll be tasty! As always, 12 chocolates in a box, 2 of each of the 6 flavors. They will ship out the week of December 16th.
